What the programme has produced
The current PM outcome ledger contains nine deduplicated outcomes. Six are useful product candidates and three are enabling systems. None is qualified or admitted, and no exact current full-product composition has completed the required workflow proof.
The useful product candidates are Base access/session, the Base UX shell, AFFiNE E2E orchestration, AFFiNE assimilation, Teable host assertion and the immutable AFFiNE release. The enabling systems are the Base Platform spine, Framework FR-04 reuse gate and Project OS Runtime Pack. Their evidence ceilings differ: most product work is source-only; the AFFiNE installer, Framework and Runtime Pack have bounded executable proof.
The next decision is deliberately narrow: materialize the exact Base + immutable AFFiNE inputs and run AFFINE-E2E-01 end to end. Do not confuse that decision with qualification, admission or permission to start a conversion fleet.

Large ledgers and payloads stay where they were observed. This index binds them by repository-relative path and digest-bearing manifests instead of copying them into another folder.

Component catalog and Foundry data contracts
Component catalog
The live catalog is siso-component-catalog.pages.dev ↗, backed by public source at sisodias/siso-ui-base@24b8542. Its public index was observed at 2026-08-31T10:49:54Z with 7,949 identities, 75 taxonomy nodes and 7 groups.
Identity is not source readiness. The current harvest records exactly 5,205 retrieved real TSX sources (65.5%): 4,008 are self-contained and 1,197 retain UI-sibling imports. Another 2,744 identities are unavailable, including 1,629 gated by upstream 404 responses. Rights and provenance remain separate from retrieval, and neither retrieval nor self-containment is Actionist qualification.
The local working corpus is deliberately not copied into this portal or the Sina pack: the registry is 3.4GB, the 7,949-record catalog site is 197MB and currently untracked, and the source-harvest working set is 96MB and currently untracked. The older siso-design-system reference contains 3,581 registry items and 10,267 TSX paths corresponding to 3,508 legacy identities, of which 3,506 were source-bearing in the research receipt. Those legacy numbers must not be added to, or substituted for, the active 7,949-identity denominator.
Known publication defect: the live catalog index currently exposes an absolute corpusPath. Its next deployment must remove or replace that field with a public-safe logical locator.
Foundry repository bank
Foundry's public code is sisodias/siso-foundry@6cf02e0. The current private local identity store reports 1,358,200 repository cards, 385,971 repository-category edges, 264 categories and 32,137 liftable-ranked candidates, with materialized 10k, 50k and 100k slices. The separate curated awesome catalog reports 307,180 repositories and 652,851 list edges.
The contract is capability and evidence need → ranked repository candidates with category, provenance, licence and liftability fields → exact pointers and verdicts. Repository count, category membership and rank are discovery evidence only. Source availability, licence rights, extraction, integration, workflow proof, qualification and admission remain separate gates.
The approximately 1.9GB identity store and 437MB awesome catalog are gitignored private local data. They are neither published by siso-foundry nor copied into Actionist-AppSDK; the permanent portal carries only this sanitized query contract, exact observed counts and the source-code pointer.
The eight observed God Questions
The Great Library currently contains GQ-001, GQ-002, GQ-004, GQ-005, GQ-006, GQ-008, GQ-009 and GQ-010. GQ-003 and GQ-007 do not exist in the observed registry.
- GQ-004 governs context-specific software primitive selection. Actionist has not yet produced a qualifying finding.
- GQ-006 governs reference-bound evidence, re-derivable numbers and visible staleness.
- GQ-002 and GQ-008 require falsifiers, success criteria and separation of system properties from measurement-path defects.
- GQ-001 asks whether owned organs can cooperate without collapsing boundaries; Actionist is a second test case.
- GQ-009 names the missing standing evidence-return loop; Actionist could eventually serve it, after independent review.
- GQ-005 requires dated, pre-scored movement claims rather than trend theatre.
- GQ-010 proves the core warning: row growth is not decision value.
Exact next decision
Choose one gold path and keep the rest frozen: run the exact current Base + AFFiNE composition through clean install, Base-owned login/workspace, host mount, create/edit/reload/backend restart, missing/expired/revoked/wrong-workspace/logout denials, uninstall/reinstall/rollback, browser checks and independent verification. A PASS may support qualification for the exact tested host/workspace. Admission still requires a separate PM and human decision.
